Catherine’s degree is in Advertising & Marketing but her first love is the performing arts. Catherine is an experienced performer and teacher, having performed extensively with TACT and other theatre companies across the Midlands. Alongside her teaching at TACT, Catherine exercises her creative thinking as a Marketing Coordinator for Aldi.

Catherine has been involved in many aspects of TACT’s operations as a production and company assistant and she was Social Media Coordinator at TACT for several years. Catherine made her directorial debut with TACT in 2014 as Co-Director on ‘The Witches’. She also directed the TACT production of ‘Snow White’ in 2015.

Catherine also has experience as both a Learning Mentor and then a Teacher of Performing Arts at Brownhills School in Walsall.

Catherine is an experienced singing and acting coach with several sets of excellent examination results to her name. Her exacting standards mean that students achieve highly and her supportive nature mean that young people flourish in confidence under her guidance.

Performing credits include: Nancy in ‘Oliver!’; Mrs Lovett in ‘Sweeney Todd’; Lady Macbeth in ‘Macbeth’; Juliet in ‘Romeo & Juliet’; Olivia in ‘Twelfth Night’; Billie in ‘Our House’. Catherine has also appeared in productions of The 39 Steps; Seussical the Musical; Godspell; Merrily We Roll Along; Joseph & the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat & Into The Woods.
