(Earlier audition and rehearsal dates, a new summer project will be announced in due course)
Auditions: SATURDAY 24th APRIL

The Arts Centre Telford are thrilled to be performing Jason Robert Brown’s “Songs For A New World”. As humanity strives towards a brave new world, we thought it was an excellent opportunity to move our planned production of Songs For a New World from August to July. JRB’s music introduces us to an array of characters, all poised at a turning point for their futures. “It’s about one moment. It’s about hitting the wall and having to make a choice… or take a stand… or turn around and go back.” This show is not to be missed!

There will be rehearsal fee £200, split into two payments. With £100 due on sign up and a further £100 due on 01/06/21. The second payment is agreed to at the point of sign up, and taken automatically on this day.

Terms and conditions
This fee is agreed in advance for all the rehearsals.
There will be no money refunded in the event of a cast member being unable to continue with the rehearsals.
In the event of a cast member being unable to rehearse before the second fee is due, the cast member/carer/parent/guardian will still be required to complete their payment agreement and pay the second fee.
All fees are non-refundable
Participation in the show
In the result of the show being cancelled, rehearsals may continue. This is due to the fee being for rehearsal time and not for participation in the show.
There is no guarantee that the cast member will participate in every show advertised.
Example: They may only take part in two of the Saturday shows, and not the Sunday.
This will be decided following audition and in the best interests of the show.
Tickets
Tickets are not included in the rehearsal fee and will be on sale at the TACT Box Office.
In the event of cancellation of the show
The rehearsal period may continue, as this is what the rehearsal fee covers.
In the event of rehearsals being unable to continue and where postponement is not available, the refund will represent the portion of rehearsals remaining, with the deductions of any additional rehearsals that may have been added up to that point.
Possibility of digital
Reflecting on the past year, there is now always a chance that a show could be performed digitally and/or recorded and streamed out to the audience.
