Lois Walker

Teacher & Associate Choreographer

Lois is an experienced dance teacher having taught all disciplines of dance at several schools in the Midlands. Lois began her training with The Carmichael School of Theatre Arts aged 4. Her love of dance and the performing arts blossomed and following successful completion of her own graded dance training, she knew that she had become inspired to pass on the art of dance to others.

Knowing that she wanted to teach, Lois began her teaching qualifications with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) for tap and modern theatre dance.

With over 10 years experience, Lois has thoroughly enjoyed teaching students of all ages through performance routines and graded classes. Her educational philosophy is centred around helping every young person to become the best dancer that they can be. Lois is proud to be a member of the TACT dance department.
